Roadside assistance
On Saturday, 21 October, I had flat battery in the middle of the rain in Sandton. I called Miway insurance for assistance, and spoke to Ronald. I was a bit worried that it was raining and i might be stranded for sometime, but i was amazed by their efficiency with the assistance. They kept updating me every few minutes about the claim, and i was assisted and up and running within an hour. they called to follow up if i was okay, and i found this extremely supportive from them.
