Roadside Assistance

I would like to Thank Patrick from Miway for his excellent service this morning .I have never called Miway before and never needed their help before .That all changed this morning when my car wouldn't start ,I went on google ,searched for Miway and found Roadside assistance ,I wasn't sure that I qualified for this ,I decided to make the call and was relieved to find out that I do ,not many questions were asked and I was surprised ,I received an sms with the details ,after waiting a few minutes ,I called back and spoke to Patrick ,who was professional, patient and extremely helpful ,he managed to calm me down ,and kept checking in with me every few minutes .He phoned up until I was in my car and drove off .Patrick keep doing what you doing ,you are a true asset to Miway .Miway your service today really impressed me ,and I am truly grateful.
