With all the negativity and frustration usually shown towards insurance companies I would like to take this moment to say what a pleasant and great experience I had with the Miway Roadside assistance, a special shout out to Lindelwa who was so friendly and assisted within a matter of minutes, upon calling her for a breakdown I had she had the tow truck dispatched within minutes and even took the time to even give me a follow up call to ensure if my family and I were fine and safe at home. This really made my day and this is the reason I moved back to MiWay insurance, truly exceptional service. Well done
