Roadside assist

I called MiWay to have my vechile towed within minutes the rollback came moved my vechile no issue, I called for towing service again this past Friday quick response truck came he looked at vechile didn't make any attempt to see how he can get vechile onto truck he was on the phone refused to hook car underneath had no towpin or any blocks to put underneath tire so car don't sc**** going onto truck, this guy just showed no interest at all very unfriendly he said he was leaving because he can't help as he drove away he got stuck with diesel not even 20 meters away from me. Because the truck never assisted MiWay is making it out to be that it's on me it's my fault I called in no one could assist I was chatting to 5 different people and not called me back since they said they would Friday it's Monday already, how does MiWay remove 1 free towing service I get per annum away yet the towing service refused to tow my vechile?? I have cctv footage from the time the truck arrived showing everything and the driver not making any attempt to assist and footage of the truck getting stuck with diesel as well as witnesses and security companies on scene
