Once again...OUTSTANDING service from Miway!! Car had a breakdown this morning at 6:30. Called the Emergency number and spoke to Ntokozo Sibeko...thought I had to go through a lengthy process to request breakdown service. On the contrary - Ntokozo, after confirming my details, arranged for the breakdown service - kept me in the loop the entire time. Received confirmation sms on details of the breakdown service. They were there in record time, vehicle was transported to service centre 35kms from my home!! And at a VERY nominal fee! Soon as the vehicle was delivered...received the sms confirmation of that as well. All in all - EXTREMELY satisfied with the service - BIG thank you to Ntokozo and Amien from the breakdown service. Proud to be Miway client.
