road side assistance

Got stuck by the side of the road and i called Miway.I was very nervous but The agent (Bradley) was very helpful from the moment i called in until i got home safely.Very professional yet friendly. He kept me calm and called every now and then to find out if help has arrived. Assured me that im safe and kept on asking me to describe to him my surroundings so that he can be sure that i am at a safe place.Him assuring me that i will get help soon and get home safe kept me at ease.Got home safe and my car was also towed safely.I think i made the right decision by choosing this insurance. Im so happy with the service i got :-)
