Road side assistance

This was my first claim with Miway as my insure it was bad. I accidentally locked my car keys in the Boot I called they help me locksmith request was done but I was at the mall parking waiting in the sun for 3.5 hour for the issue to be solve no one has the curtusy be honest and tell me that it would take that long I could've went back to the mall and went grabbed something to eat. I just wish that I gotten the correct timeframe not say 15 minutes or agent could've followed up with me and the locksmith every 30 minutes, what if I was in a dangerous area i don't know what could've happened...but I'm glad it was sorted . But i blame both parties for not giving the right information to me and the locksmith company was even worse
