Road side assistance

Today I had a car breakdown on freeway. I was scared, panicking and trembling since I was in the middle of the road this was unexpected. My mind was not working, I didn't know what to do. I called a friend who advised that I should call my insurance to check if they cant help. I called miway insurance, who then verified that i'm covered for road side assistance. The miway team are very friendly, I was treated like their only customer. They made me to be calm and reassured me that they will come to my rescue I should not worry. after that phone call, within minutes, messages started coming on my phone that they have arranged someone to help me. In few minutes, someone called and told me they are coming with a towing truck. i sent my location to the driver and the problem was sorted just like that. the driver came and ask me where I want my car to be dropped off and he took me there. I'm still shocked about the quality of service that miway insurance offers. i'm a very happy customer and will surely recommend it to my friends and family.
