Road side assistance

I am currently at work, just before I knocked off I notivced a hard a flat tyre. called miway for assistance and they told me the only thing they can do for me is to tow my car to the nearest place of safety as i was not sure of equipment required to change the tyre. i was then told someone will call me back and i will receive a confirmation sms. second agent only called an hour later repeating the same thing and still no sms received. how am i expected to get home? what exactly do is it that they call road side assistance if the only thing they are concerned is km? when i was talking to the second agent ,there was some noise in the background and she didnt even care about my needs. <br> I am seriously considering this insurance, i have been a loyal client for years and this is the treatment one gets when they have an emergency?<br> patiently waiting for response and counting hours...
