Road Side Assistance

I have had the misfortune or having to make use of my road side assistance which I have with MiWay within the past two weeks.

The first time my car broke down, the clutch cable had snapped. I called Miway and they were quick to dispatch a flat bed tow truck, which arrived a lot sooner than expected.

The second time the car keys were accidentally locked inside the car, once again a call to Miway and we had a locksmith out within no time.

I cannot remember who I dealt with the first time, however the second time it was Thato. I am really pleased with how efficient Miway were and how quickly they were able to assist me as well as how willing they were to assist.

I did not have to pay a cent for these services as it was already included in my insurance package.
