Road assistance query

I called miway on the 24th of April, i had Tyre bust on my way to home. Willan Masongoane assisted me. The gentleman assisted me, made sure that road assistance come early. he was about to knock off ,but that didn't stop him to stay back until i got help. he kept his promise that he will not leave without knowing that i got assisted. He was calling me every 15 minutes to check if i'm OK, because it was very cold.
