Road Assistance

When I phoned to report flat tyre, Ayanda was very helpful and asking me to send her my location. She promised to get back to me. She phoned back numerous times to check up on me, which was very reassuring. The only real complaint I had was that there did not seem to be communication between Ayanda and Jonathan (the person who came out to assist me) regarding my location, as I had to explain numerous times where I was.
