Rivonia RENEW-IT and Miway passing the buck

The worst car insurance company. I'm still waiting for a claim I submitted in December of 2022. Where I was sent to renew- it in Rivonia. The worse treatment I had. My car was involved in an accident in which the bonnet, bumper and the left rear passenger was. Renew it took the car to be fixed they only fixed the bonnet and they called me to pick up the car claiming they were waiting for the rear passenger window to be delivered and said they will let me know when it arrives ao that i can bring the car back. A day after pick up my car I realized that the name of the car was not completely (Volvo) Volv with a missing letter O and it has a Crack on the rear window (the bonnet windscreen) .The car parking cameras are also not working. When I drive the car it shows signs, ⁶park the car ,air suspension fail. The car can't be drive. I took the car back to renew it immediately and they said they will fix the car I must leave it. It's stayed with them for almost a month and they called me to come and take it . As i would keep on calling them because I couldn't drive the car .They said I should take my car to Volvo to get it fixed for the air suspension and the other signs because there's nothing they could do. Which I did last year. I spent more than R22.000 at Volvo. When I was paying for the insurance for nothing. After that miway even increased my monthly installment from R4000 to R7000 on top of this. Unfortunately I refuse to continue paying for this. Because until today they haven't done anything since 2022. Every time I'll call and follow up with Renew- it about the claim ,the window they will say the person who was dealing with your claim he's no longer working there.or we are still waiting for miway to give us a go ahead. Now the window is completely open and with cracks all over. SO I TOOK IT TO RENEW-IT REVONIA AGAIN BECAUSE IT'S RAINING AND IT'S DAMAGING MY CAR. THEY PUT UP (ATAPE) JUST TO CLOSE AND HOLD THE WINDOW. Neither Miway or RENEW-IT have been helpful because no one wants to take responsibility. I feel like they are just waiting for me to give up on this issue, but I intend to submit my case to the insurance ombudsman if I cannot resolve it.
