I received a new updated policy and went on the site and opened a chat.spoke to 2 people then Spoke to Lerato i refuse to pay such an amount monthly for miway when i don't even benefit. Like the list of claims only the one on 11 September 2015 my car was fixed by miway and 2 call outs the rest i ended up doing myself because of the ridiculous access i had to pay for minor issus. The December 2018 one is worse i had to pay 7500 for a scratch on the side and a mirror. So i ask myself why do i let myself being ********** by miway when there are other insurance companies offering same amount of monthly payments? I have few quotes from insurance companies that are actually beating miway now why am i still with miway?

I wanted to attach screen shots of my quotes from those insurance companies and the claim in December don't even want to start on it as it was the most disappointing with your employee not updating me at all until i decided i have heard just about enough
