My policy allows for me to have a courtesy car in the case where my vehicle is involved in an accident, but this was not offered or given to me at the time of the accident – another thing I am paying for, but didn’t get the service

Why am I stuck with towing and storage cost when I pay every month in the event that something happens and it took MiWay 2 months to doctor the report in their favour and now I am stuck paying a bill to SMD of R3 377.25 which should be paid by MiWay as far as I am concerned. What happened to all the money I have been paying to MiWay since joining them when I am left with the bill. WHY DO WE PAY FOR ANY SERVICE WHEN YOU DON’T GET IT AT THE END OF THE DAY

We all know and this was confirmed by one of the employees at MiWay, that staff get a bonus for every claim they deny, therefore this is just another reason for not settling my claim. I hope you enjoy the bonus at my expense. This is disgusting and unfair as I am the one who has been paying my account every month, and you enjoy the benefit thereof.
