<p>I lodged a claim, and the assessment was done on my vehicle. it was declared a write off, what arrangement does MiWay have with their assessor?? why cant we select the Panel beaters of our choice as clients, I dont want to purchase a new car as I was almost done paying off mine, besides i am employed on contract basis, it will be difficult to get another car.</p> <p>Being with Miway has been a frustrating experience, why are they so quick to write off when the bump was not even major, I am really frudtrated now having to go into debt and try to fix the car on my own whereas i had insurance that didnt help me, so it means every single month i was just donating to Miway, how sad!</p> <p>I just wish that MiWay could use the same spirit and consideration they have when they call you for insurance, they could be using the same breath when dealing with our claims. I have never been frustrated and annoyed by an insurance company like this one.</p> <p>All i need is my premiums back, since you guys didnt really help and you will no longer cover my vehicle, i never benefited anything, i would like to cancel and have my premiums back please.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
