Rilwele is a client service star!
I needed to change my insurance details and was assisted by a wonderful gentleman Rilwele, he took his time to explain through everything and made all the necessary changes and at the end of the call I managed to save more than R200 on my monthly premiums.
In this day and age, it is rare to get someone who has the patience to explain the different options and save you money at the same time.
