Riette saves the day
on the 25th of September my car broke down and I called the miway for assistance and they never showed up. I waited for over 3 due to and eventually I decided to tow the car myself. I was furious beyond words however Riette managed to calm me down and called everyone involved in the mess-up into order.<br> <br> Thanks to her I will be getting a partial refund and an apology. Although I'm not fully satisfied, I believe she did her best to assist in a difficult situation. If it wasn't for her you would have lost a client.
