Ridiculous Premiums
I have car insurance with Miway , the premiums are exaggerated just within 2yrs I'm paying more than double the amount we agreed on! I made a claim December 2019 and they called the tow truck to pick it up to a repairer, so that it can be fixed, while my car was still at the repairer it was further more damaged by hail as it was parked outside with no shelter.
Apparently they created two claims that resulted to a ridiculous premium. I tried everything to sort this out with them but they didn't assist at all .

13 Jul 2021, 09:38I tried to get back to you via the App and several calls but with no luck and and emails , and I still have the same problem and I had to reverse my debit other thinking that will get your attention but instead you are now deducting at any time of the month without my approval and its killing me on bank charges and mind you, I'm affected by the pandemic, I'm really not happy with your service at all.
