Ridiculous annual increase

I have been with Miway for 6 claim-free years on my car insurance. This year I received a notification of a 46% annual increase for no reason at all. After 2 weeks of back and forth with Miway and waiting days for a callback from the supervisor and getting nothing. I eventually managed to get through to someone who assisted by reducing my premiums to an increase of 38%. I am shocked at how this is how Miway chooses to reward customer loyalty.
