Ridiculous!!!!!
Ridiculous!!!! I call in today to get my vehicle policy REVIEWED, and I'm told that certain department is packed with calls. I'll get a call back within 72 hours.
I just got an email that my policy is RENEWED of which I never called for such purpose, WAIT!!!that's not even the best part, premiums have INCREASED and Funny part I never even spoke to a consultant or even gave consent of such. Cancel the damn policy yeses
