Ridiculous

After numerous emails and a phone call with double checking the information and even sending another email to reassure the details are correct I am still waiting a week later for my updated insurance details.

This is pathetic from an insurer that claims to be professional and to add to it an email of my dissatisfaction didn't when warrant a reply yet from them
