Revised insurance premium

<p>Two weeks ago I received my yearly revision to my vehicle insurance policy from Miway. My premium was shown to be increasing by 15.7%. I responded by saying that I intend to cancel my insurance the next week Tuesday as it was simply unaffordable. I was contacted by Buhle Nkuna from Miway's Midrand branch the very next day. She was most helpful and asked all the right questions. It turns out that, as an engineer, I qualify for "proffessional cover". Why this was not speficied from the beginning is irritating, however, Buhle was able to reduce my premium by 18.2% (which is lower than my original premium before my complaint).
