21 Dec 2019, 09:11I have been with MiWay for the past four years and never claimed. Yesterday I requested a quote for another car but I was quoted R3000. I consultant did not make an effort to get me better premium. She just said if you find a better premium come back to us we will reconsider. Why do they have to wait for competitors to offer me something? I asked myself why am I loyal to the company that doesn't value my business? Why did hey quote me so much whereas their competitors offered less than 2000?
