Reviewed by Hluvukani Cindy Masia. I got involved in a car accident that involved a pedestrian. Unfortunately my car was damaged, I’m grateful that Miway authorised my claim with no hassles. That’s what we want when we commit paying car insurance, we at least hope they keep their end of the promise and I’m relieved that in this case Miway did. I was assisted by Thembekile shude who assisted me very well and he called a quite a few times to give me updates. One thing, I was told which panel beaters to use- which would be based on availability. So in this case I wish insurance did something on their end to push whatever service provider they allocate you to. Because just sitting and waiting for the service provider to call you seems a bit slow, as it stands I’m not sure how long I have to wait until they take my car in.
