Dear Customer Service,

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided by A & N Panelbeaters in Potchefstroom. I recently brought my car in for repairs, and according to the quote provided, the service was supposed to take 5 to 7 days. However, today marks the 11th day since I dropped off my car, and Im only going to receive it back on Friday the 5th of July. This delay is unacceptable and has inconvenienced me greatly.

Not only was the service slow, but the lack of communication throughout the process was also concerning. I felt left in the dark about the status of my car and had to constantly follow up for updates. This lack of transparency and failure to keep me informed is not the level of service I expected from your establishment.

As a result of this experience, I regret to say that I cannot recommend A & N Panelbeaters to anyone in need of car repairs. I believe that customers deserve better service and communication when trusting their vehicles to a repair shop. Instead, I would advise others to consider Hi-Tech for their car repair needs, as they have a reputation for keeping customers informed and providing timely service.

I hope that you take this feedback seriously and use it to improve your service for future customers. Thank you for your attention to this matters.
