Review of Policy

<p>The consultant Nkosi provided me with a review of my policy following the latest policy I had received in which I was unhappy with the increase app**** to my combined policy. I discussed the issue with Nkosi and explained the reasons why I felt the increase was unjustified. Nkosi listened to my reasons and was very understanding. He carried out a review and offered me a more realistic increase in line with my peronal circumstances. I was happy with what he came up with and accepted the new amount. MiWay offered me good telephone service.</p>
