*Review:* I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance. I made a call at 11:19 to Miway yesterday morning re a home emergency for a burst geyser. The agent on your side told me that you cannot assist and that I will get a call this morning. This morning I phoned again at 09:02 after checking on the Miway app that this call/case number was not even registered. This is the second time in 2 months where I have received shocking service. The previous case number is *** which states that the case number was opened in error. After 4 calls and plumbers that never arrived, I eventually had to get my own plumber to fix the leak and paid my own costs. I will defenitely cancel all my insurance with you by the end of the month.
