Revealing personal information to a 3rd party

Good day<br> <br> I had a bad experience with the manager of Miway legal department. A claim that was submitted against my policy was rejected and the above person revealed to the 3rd party that I did not pay my premiums although the claim for my vehicle was paid out. She is supposed to be a professional how can she make such accusations and that to a total stranger which I have never met or seen. That means she gives out personal information about anybody to anybody.
