Retaining of client due to cancellation

i have cancelled my service with Miway Insurance and she assisted me in try to retain my service at all cost. unfortunately i have already made up mind due to poor service from the past people that were assisting before her. she manged to explain to me that i can even retain the life or accident insurance with them at low price and if it happens i want to add another car with them i can be able to do so without any extra fee being paid
