Restored faith in insurer

So my premiums was a bit steep for me and first thing that came to mind was that I should jump ship because I cannot honestly afford the current premium. Now before I could decide on that, I figured I have been with Miway for quite some time now, why not just try and hear them how they can assist. I was assisted by a lady called Katlego and she managed to put me at ease after telling me that she managed to reduce my premium monthly, that gave me a smile. Katlego then referred me to her senior by the name of Nompumelelo Madonsela whom was so thorough with me and further assisted in reducing my monthly premiums, now this got me so emotional knowing that the only thing I needed was to communicate with my insurer so that things could go *Miway*
