I laid a complaint about poor customer service from Miway on the 24th of January 2020. The next day one of your consultants contacted me regarding my complaint and was able to resolve the matter quite quickly. Well done and keep being responsive to your customers. I feel bad that I forgot the consultant's name, well done to him!!
