Response to an earlier query

I had called in to MiWay to get a response to a query I had. I was put through to Henry and he was able to assist me to lower my premium and understand certain issues around the policy. While I had been frustrated earlier, he was able to calm me down in a friendly and calm manner, which assisted a great deal. Definitely a thumbs up
