Resolutions that only benefits them and not the client
So i am told a claim of about +-R40000 is not economical but paying R107k to have my car written off is. This does not make any sense. I have sent emails to the claims advisor and the the complaints department but have not received any feedback. This is totally unacceptable, this matter is just having and would really like to have this sorted.
