Resolution of My complains with Mi way sms

Enock helped resolve an error in the system where i was sent an sms saying 'i have to take my BRAND NEW car for an inspection otherwise i would not be covered', whereas my premium was deducted AND an extra R120 was also debited from my account without my knowledge.
