Requested 4 call backs - no response

I want to update my insurance details for a while already. Have requested 3 online call backs and 1 phone call back over the last few months. Nothing ever happens. <br> <br> A week ago I made as if I were a new client and requested a call back. Within 5 minutes someone called me. When I told them that I actually want to update my details the person put me through to another department. Once again I was just put on hold for long. Eventually requested my 4th call back while holding on which again didn't happen.<br> <br> Please call me so we can cancel the insurance. I'm scared the unlikely event of an accident do happen and the service end up as bad as this.
