Request to decrease insurance monthly premium
I called MiWay on the 28th of December 2020 and I spoke to Puleng. She told me that she would call me back by close of business but she did not call.
I called again today the 29th and I was assisted by Vuyiswa Cele. She was so patient with me, friendly and she managed to assist me with what I wanted.
I believe that she is a great asset to Miway.
