request for permission to cross the border of S.A

On the 24-03-15 i logged a call to miway for assistance of the authorisation permit to go cross the border of the country, were i was assisted by the person mentioned above, who took all the information needed to give authorisation letter. Then once he was done with information he needed, he then checked for me that it was possible for the company to assist where he furthered by informing me that it was possible to be assisted. <br> <br> He also said to me that he will provide with the permit once he was through with it, added by saying the permit will be ready by the next day. On the 25-03-15 afternoon i received a call from Henry (person responsible) informing myself that the permit was completed, and he send it to me in a form of e-mail.<br> <br> I am very happy and satisfied the way he assisted me get the permit.
