We signed up with this insurance company during the week of 10 September 2025, and I am already extremely disappointed by their conduct.

A consultant named Busisiwe Mabizela requested that I provide a bank statement to verify how much money is in my account. This is not only highly unprofessional but also completely inappropriate and invasive. In all my dealings with insurers, I have never been asked to disclose such private financial information.

This kind of behavior raises serious concerns about the company’s ethics and data privacy practices. I am escalating this matter publicly on HelloPeter and through all other available channels.
