Been trying to finalize insurance with this company for last month online & telephonically. It is a ****** nightmare! Forget my information everytime! I'm so irritated! How do you quote me but have no info about me?! Do you lose my information everytime we hang up?! Time is money guys... I have never spent so much time finalising insurance. I'm scared if i should need to claim! Your systems need streamlising! This is painful! Press save!
