Good day <br> <br> Thank you for your response as well, and finally taking me 'a bit' serious.<br> <br> I was promised a call and received exactly one and missed it, I was never contacted from you guys again. I have pleaded with you guys on countless occasions that I need my car asap for many different reasons not just to have it back but because it servers a vital role in my daily life, but guess what? My request seems to be attend with on snail's pace. The question I ask myself is \is Miway punishing me for being hijacked?\" I don't know. I have made numerous attempts to contact Miway and not always do I speak to someone either because they busy or whatever other reasons you guys have for not being able to take my call, but why should I run after you guys if you supposed to be dealing with my claim?<br> <br> Renewit Randburg are also full of stories, they have not made any deadline that they themselves have set. With no explanation for the delay or even an apology , that is pathetic customer service. One thing for sure though when I collect my car they want their money (R5000.00)payment same day, no delays immediately or no car, my question again is why the ill treatment if I am a paying customer?<br> "
