Repair of M/Benz

My daughter was involved in car accident on 12/11/2019 while driving my M/Benz 220 CDI 2009 model, The accident happend in Pretoria due to the other party's fault. My vehicle was insured with Miway Insurance. At this stage Miway Insurance refused to repair my car citing the fact that my daughter was not a regular driver. The total damage amount to R93000.00.
