I had two incidences that required roadside assistance. Within seconds of my call I was attended to by consultants that knew what they were doing and provided me with the reassurance that everything would be fine while waiting for the towing company. I was informed every step of the way about the progress of my request and was even sent the drivers details to check how far he was while I waited.
