Reluctant in assisting with a minor claim

MiWay can really **** you ey. I made a claim for glass,replacement of a wind screen. It's been a week now since they said the Will come back to me.I have been calling Craig (the person who is suppose to be assisting me with the claim)but he keeps telling me he will come back to me but none of that happens!!I'm soo angry!thinking I always put it 1st even bringing clients to them mxm. Been with them for 3 year,never bothered them with stupid claims but now i need to change my windscreen they not even assisting me. As if they don't deduct money
