Relieved Client

I would like to give a special shout-out to Tashreeq Titus for assisting with the scratch issue on my vehicle. He handled the matter professionally, efficiently, and without any hassle, which I truly appreciated during an already stressful process.

While I’m relieved that everything has finally been sorted out, I do have to mention that my experience regarding the payout process was disappointing. I felt as though my concerns were not believed, and being required to go onto a call with FNB to prove the issue left a very bitter taste in my mouth.

That said, I’m grateful the matter has now been resolved, and I wanted to specifically acknowledge the excellent service I received from Tashreeq.
