Relentless Emotional Abuse by Miway

I have been a loyal Miway customer for a number of years now and almost a year ago I also signed up for business insurance. You'd think Miway would thank me for business but no, not Miway. Instead I have received relentless emotional abuse (that involves having my policy being constantly suspended).

This is how it all began. I bought a vehicle for business purposes and approached Miway for business insurance. Only to be told that my policy was conditional to me taking a tracking device with them. But I told them I had already had a tracking device with another tracking company.

Eager to have my business, Miway consultant told me I was exempt from taking Miway's preferred tracking device and that all I had to do was provide proof of this tracking device. I obliged and thought that this matter was resolved. Little did I know that my hell was about to begin. Since then my policy has been constantly suspended and I have had to again and again prove my exemption.

I am exhausted. I regret the day I chose Miway as my insurance provider. They might have won the ****** case but they are far from innocent. Their treatment of customers is beyond questionable, it is deplorable. They have no concept of customer care. The empty promises and complete disregard for customers is what you get when you sign up .
