Relationship with insurance saved by great consultant

Great service (finally) from Keba.

I have been a client of MiWay for about 5.5 years and have been happy with them, only having to claim once in this time. However when adding an additional vehicle to my policy, I was shocked and completely unhappy with the premium quoted.

It did take too long for them to get back to me, but eventually when I was contacted by Keba, he managed to sort the premium out and offer me a rate better than expected, while being pleasant to deal with as well. It is sad that I had to push for this in the first place, but once Keba got involved he dealt with it swiftly and professionally, restoring my relationship with MiWay.
