Rejection of my claim

The manner in which I have been dealt with was dehumanizing. An investigator of my claim (Steven Marais) was rude. From the beginning one can tell he already concluded that I was liable for accident before he started the investigation of the accident. The tone of his voice, he showed no respect. I felt like I was a ******** not a person who has lodged the claim. I guess he cant distinguish between him as an investigator of claim and him being a police investigating a ********. His communication methods were also disadvantageous to me to say the list. The long and short of it, my claim has been rejected with no clear reasons and its not even clear whether he took the decision himself or the panel of Miway has made that decision, for I understand that he was only liable for recommendations of his findings. It seems like he has been a player and a referee at the same time. Even the 14 days of appealing the decision, the end date is not clearly stated. It is possible that I may see myself losing the car itself on technicality grounds. I would like to warn people against this insurance company. No one would like to be in my position after years of paying the premiums without defaulting and never claimed for anything. Please help me!
