Rejected my claim I was having with them for the car insurance.

I started join my way insurance for my car so I put my father as a regular drive and I was a second driver then we have agreement if my car have got accident they will pay because both our names are on the policy comprehensive. I did pay all the month now we have no problems until 1! st August 2016 my car was involved on the accident the taxi driver bumb my car at the back ,I did call the police to take the statement and call insurance to take my car and the taxi driver he bumb my car and run away so now my way he ask all the questions tell me I am covered my car is a written off so they will pay the outstanding payment of my car I still owing a bank. so I did give them all the info they want so they told me I must way , so I was still waiting they told me my claim is declined because my father is not driving my car the most so they won't pay me I must take my car at SMD and fix my car my self. When I try to call them they don't answers the phone so I took my car try to fix it but its not easy . Can you please help me. My name is Sonwabiso Magazi ********** 145
