Rejected claim #Miway

My house got burnt on the 21/04/2019 and I have an insurance with miway we were treated like dirt they claim that in the event your house can't be in a good state to live in they will provide with an alternative accomidation Andre Koekemoer told me the accomidation was approved and when we were supposed to check in he sent me an e-mail saying if by any valid reason the claim is not approved we will have to pay the Bill,guess what last Friday the claim was repudiated saying a member of the family burn the house so they are not paying but not telling us who did that because we need to know that we may tell the police to arrest the person ,up to so far they haven't brought any proof,instead they treated us like *********, I regret the day I took a policy with miway,because I have been sleeping on the floor in a friendshouse because they accuse us of burning our house,it's a company that enrich themselves with the poor peoples money in the name of helping them;as I haven't had anyone who her/his claim was approved
